As a team performance coach, I help the team communicate better, solve problems, and work smoothly. I support everyone to do their best, achieve goals, and make the team stronger. Together, the team figures out ways to improve its positivity and productivity, restructures how it works, and decides how it measures and reaches success.

Family Business Coaching

As a family business coach, I work with your family to make sure everyone gets along and the business runs smoothly. I coach you about important things like how to make decisions, plan for the future, and solve problems together. As part of this, I also help create a Family Constitution. It captures what's important to your family, who does what in the business, and how to keep everyone happy and successful. I also share useful information about how families can work well together in business, making sure everyone understands their roles and creating a happy and strong family business.

I am a highly accomplished certified coach with a decade of experience, specializing in leadership development, communication, transitions, family business dynamics, team performance, and women leadership. My diverse clientele comprises business owners, managing directors, managers, and families collaborating on various fronts.

My professional journey encompasses roles in a prominent multinational corporation and as a board member and corporate secretary in my family business. Concurrently, I have established myself as an independent coach, contributing passionately to individual and team growth.

Committed to continuous learning, I hold certifications such as Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC), Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC), Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC), Team Performance Coaching (CTPC), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Basic NLP Practitioner, and Hogan Assessments.

Fluent in both English and French, I conduct my coaching practice in both languages. My academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Management from HEC France, enhancing my application of management principles in my coaching practice.
